Good evening Mountain Community,

Our current update for the Creek Fire is that they are beginning to get some containment, which is good news, but 80% of our community remains in some form of evacuation.

We are still in the learning and gathering phase, making sure that everyone is safe and well. We are reaching out to families and encouraging people to go to the Creek Fire Resource Page on our website at to check in as safe and get the most updated information.

Virtual Learning will continue to be suspended into next week. However, we will be holding a Community Forum on Zoom on Wednesday, Sept 16th, to update you on what the process and possible timeline could be for us to get back to learning. We will post that link as soon as it’s available.
